Carolyn Levias serves as the Executive Director of LivWell Independent Living, providing leadership and oversight for the organization's residential living operations, community development, and resident experience.
With a strong commitment to serving senior communities, Carolyn is dedicated to creating an environment where residents can experience independence, dignity, comfort, and a genuine sense of belonging.
As Executive Director, Carolyn oversees the coordination and development of LivWell's residential programs, establishes operational standards, supports the resident experience, and works to build relationships with community partners and organizations that can benefit LivWell residents.
She is particularly passionate about creating accessible pathways to resources and opportunities that can help seniors maintain their independence and enjoy a higher quality of life.
Carolyn's commitment is to ensure that LivWell is more than a residence—it is a place where seniors can feel valued, respected, and at home.
Melanie Barger
Facility Coordinator | LivWell Independent Living
Melanie Barger serves as the Facility Coordinator for LivWell Independent Living and plays an important role in maintaining a welcoming, organized, and comfortable residential environment for our residents.
Melanie helps coordinate the day-to-day needs of the residence, assists with facility operations and communications, and works to ensure that the property remains clean, comfortable, safe, and inviting.
As Facility Coordinator, Melanie serves as an important point of contact between residents, management, service providers, and the LivWell leadership team. Her attention to detail and commitment to hospitality help create the warm residential atmosphere that LivWell strives to provide.
Melanie's goal is to help ensure that every resident feels comfortable, respected, and welcomed in their LivWell home.
LivWell Independent Living is an independent residential living environment and is not an assisted-living facility. Our community is designed for seniors who are able to live independently. Residents maintain their personal independence while enjoying a comfortable, welcoming residential setting.
Senior Veterans Welcome: LivWell is proud to welcome senior veterans and can provide information and assistance in connecting residents with available veteran benefit resources. Eligibility for benefits and services is determined by the appropriate agency.
